The Programme
This programme does not begin the moment you arrive in Italy.
The process already starts at home.
We chose to combine online mentorship with the in-person retreat experience because real change and clarity need preparation, reflection, and integration — not just a few inspiring days away from daily life.
Before arriving at Meraviglia, you will already begin exploring yourself, your patterns, your questions, and the intention you bring into the programme through a series of assessments, group calls, and a personal 1:1 conversation.
This helps create connection, trust, curiosity, and self-awareness before the retreat even begins.
So when you arrive in Italy, we don’t need to spend days “warming up.”
We can immediately move deeper into the experience, the conversations, the questions, and the practical shifts that matter most to you.
The pre-programme
The experience at Meraviglia begins before you arrive in Italy.
In the weeks leading up to the retreat, we slowly begin building connection, self-awareness, curiosity, and clarity through a guided pre-programme.
This helps you arrive feeling more open, grounded, and ready to fully step into the experience from day one.
The pre-programme includes:
An online group introduction call to meet each other, ask questions, and connect before travelling to Italy
A series of carefully selected assessments and reflection exercises designed to help you better understand your patterns, strengths, motivations, energy, and what naturally brings you alive
A personal 1:1 intention call with Lucienne to explore the question, challenge, project, or transition you want to work with during the programme
The goal of the pre-programme is not to “figure yourself out” before arriving.
It is to create awareness, trust, openness, and momentum — so we can move deeper into the experience together once you arrive at Meraviglia.
The days at Meraviglia
Integration & moving forward
Why we call it a Mentorship Programme
The daily rhythm at Meraviglia is designed to create space, clarity, connection, and movement — without the rush and constant stimulation of everyday life.
Mornings are held in silence.
The day begins with an (optional) silent walk, embodiment practices, and meditation. This helps settle the nervous system and creates space to reconnect with yourself before the mind and outside world take over.
After this, the morning is yours.
You spend time with your own question, project, or situation. Through reflection, writing, contemplation, walking, or simply being. We will help you with some questions to guide your process. Breakfast is taken individually and at your own pace.
Lunch is prepared & shared together.
The silence gently lifts and the day turns outward. Shared meals become a grounding moment to connect, relax, and exchange experiences naturally.
In the afternoons, individual and group sessions take place.
You may have your personal session with Lucienne, spend time by the pool or in nature, or continue working on your own process. Later, the group comes together for shared reflection, practical teachings, honest conversation, and learning from each other’s perspectives.
Evenings are slow and communal.
Dinner is prepared & shared together, followed by space to rest, connect, or simply enjoy the calm atmosphere of the Italian hills.
On the final evening, we celebrate together with a special dinner and a glass of wine.
The days at Meraviglia closes with a final reflection and integration session, helping you translate your insights into practical next steps and daily life back home.
The experience does not end when you leave Italy.
Real change happens when new insights, decisions, and ways of relating to yourself become part of daily life back home.
A few weeks after the retreat, we come together again in an online integration call to reflect, reconnect, and support the transition back into everyday rhythm and work.
This helps you stay connected to what became clear during the programme — and translate it into practical next steps, choices, and action.
For those who wish, individual clarity sessions with Lucienne remain available separately after the programme whenever new questions, challenges, or transitions arise in life.
Not as ongoing coaching.
But as a space you can return to whenever you need reflection, clarity, or perspective.
This is not a traditional retreat where you passively consume an experience for a few days.
And it is not a classical coaching programme focused only on asking questions or following fixed models.
At Meraviglia, we create a space where people actively participate, reflect, question, explore, share experiences, and learn together.
Throughout the programme, we guide the process through conversation, reflection, embodiment practices, practical teachings, frameworks, and lived experience.
The mentorship aspect comes from sharing what we have learned and lived ourselves — not from positioning ourselves as people who have all the answers.
You will not only learn from us, but also from the perspectives, questions, experiences, and insights of the group itself.
The goal is not to “fix” you or tell you what your life should look like.
The goal is to help you better understand yourself, navigate life more consciously, and feel more equipped to move forward with clarity, confidence, curiosity, and trust in your own direction.
Silence
Part of the programme is held in silence.
Not because silence is something “spiritual” you need to master — but because there is already so much noise, distraction, stimulation, and conversation in everyday life.
Silence creates space.
Space to hear yourself more clearly.
To slow down.
To reflect.
To notice what is actually going on beneath the constant movement of the mind.
And surprisingly, silence often creates deeper connection with others too. Without the pressure to perform, explain, entertain, or always say the right thing, people naturally become more present, open, and real with each other.
Yes, it might feel a little unfamiliar or awkward at first. That’s completely normal.
But surrounded by the quiet fields and hills around Meraviglia, most people quickly discover how calming, grounding, and refreshing silence can actually feel.
