It can be any question: about your job, your lack of commitment, general feeling of being stuck, what to do next…
It is online. You can join from your campsite, your garden, a holiday location or from home.
Includes:
Four live online group sessions including one guided Yoga Nidra session
Reflection exercises between sessions
Small group setting
In English ( you don’t have to be fluent, but a good understanding and confidence in speaking)
