An introduction
My devotion to question everything and find answers through deep inner work is my gift to this world
Meet Luciënne
Founder of Meraviglia & Creator of The Architecture for Living
For most of my life, I have been fascinated by how we humans make sense of life.
Why can two people experience the same situation completely differently? Why do we keep repeating patterns even when we can see them? How much of what we believe is actually ours? And how do we remain true to ourselves while still being deeply connected to others?
Those questions have followed me through very different chapters — as an interior designer, entrepreneur, investor, leadership practitioner, mother of three, and simply as someone who has never been particularly good at accepting that something should be done a certain way because that is how it has always been done.
I naturally zoom out and zoom in.
I zoom out to look at the larger picture: the environment, relationships, systems, culture and circumstances we are part of.
And then I zoom in: What am I seeing? What am I assuming? What am I feeling? What is my part in this? What changes when I look at it differently?
Somewhere between those two perspectives, things often become surprisingly clear.
Fifteen years of inquiry
Around fifteen years ago, this curiosity became a much deeper inquiry into the relationship between our inner world and the reality we experience.
I studied self-awareness, behavioural patterns, embodiment, leadership, human dynamics, consciousness and the ways our thoughts, emotions, beliefs and body influence how we perceive what is happening around us.
Again and again, I came back to perception.
Because we don't respond to reality.
We respond to our perception of reality.
Once you begin to see that process while it is happening, you can work with it.
You can observe instead of immediately react. Zoom out. Zoom in. Question an assumption. Notice a pattern. Listen to what your body is telling you. Discern what is actually yours. Look from another perspective. And then choose how you want to respond.
That inquiry eventually became The Architecture for Living — a practical framework for developing these capacities and learning another way of meeting life.
But for me, the work doesn't end with the individual.
Sovereign — and more connected
I believe we are entering an extraordinary new phase of human development.
Technology is accelerating. AI is changing how we work, think and create. Traditional structures and sources of authority are being questioned. We have access to more information, perspectives and possibilities than any generation before us.
That asks something of us.
We need to become increasingly capable of observing, discerning and choosing for ourselves.
But I don't believe the answer is greater independence or individualism.
I believe we can become more sovereign and more connected at the same time.
To stand within ourselves without closing ourselves off.
To listen to another perspective without automatically adopting it.
To disagree without needing to make the other person wrong.
To belong without abandoning ourselves.
And to create together without handing our responsibility over to the group.
I call this sovereign interdependence.
For me, this is where the Architecture ultimately leads: not towards more self-focus, but towards a different quality of relationship and participation.
The individual is where the work begins. It is not where it ends.
As a mother of three young professionals, I see how relevant this is for their generation too. They are entering a world of enormous possibility and unprecedented complexity.
I don't believe we need another generation that simply becomes better at adapting to the systems it inherits.
I am much more interested in what becomes possible when people learn to think, discern and choose for themselves — and then bring that sovereignty back into relationship, leadership and what we create together.
And then came Meraviglia
In 2023, I moved to Piemonte after unexpectedly coming across an old cascina in the Italian hills.
There was no business plan for it.
But slowly, the house and my work began to come together.
Meraviglia became the physical home — and eventually the wider platform — for bringing The Architecture for Living into practice.
Today, I work with people online and in person, individually and in small groups. Sometimes we spend five days together in Piemonte. Sometimes we work intensively over a much longer period. Sometimes the work happens through a conversation, keynote or dialogue.
The form can change.
The essence doesn't.
We zoom out. We zoom in. We play with perception. We practise another way of meeting ourselves, each other and life.
That is the work I love.
I am an iPEC Certified Professional Coach and ICF-certified coach, Energy Leadership Index Master Practitioner, Conscious Business Master Practitioner and certified facilitator.

Meet Lise
I believe real change starts from within.
Not from constantly pushing harder, performing more, or searching outside yourself for answers, but from becoming more aware of what is happening within you.
Your mind, body and nervous system all shape how you experience and respond to the world. And the beautiful thing is: we can learn to work with them.
Through practices such as yoga, breathwork, meditation and mindfulness, together with insights from neuroscience, I help people bring attention out of the thinking mind and into the body.
Sometimes profound shifts happen in stillness.
When you slow down, breathe, notice what your body is telling you and become more aware of your thoughts and emotions, you create space between what happens and how you respond.
You begin to experience yourself — and what is happening around you — differently.
For me, embodiment is not about escaping everyday life or reaching a particular state. It is about developing a deeper awareness of yourself while you are living it.
During the Meraviglia Experience, I bring this embodied dimension into the work through movement, stillness, breath and attention.
Because sometimes we don't need to think harder.
We need to experience from another place.
One-to-one Clarity session with Luciënne
For those who are not looking for a coach, but for a one-off session to gain clarity or emotional release.
A one-to-one clarity session is a focused conversation to cut through what’s keeping you stuck, confused, or internally split around a specific situation.
You bring what’s live for you right now: a decision, a dynamic, a tension you can’t quite place. Together, we look at what you’re missing, avoiding, or compensating for, so the situation becomes clear again.
One session.
One real issue.
Release and clarity.
The Ripple Effect, know how powerful you are
In 2021 I felt called to write a book.
