Meraviglia offers small-group programmes around change, self-awareness, personal growth, and life transitions. Some programmes include retreat experiences at Casa di Luce, the home of founder Lucienne Koops in Piemonte, Italy, combined with online guidance and integration before and after the stay.
The programmes are designed for people who feel stuck, disconnected, overwhelmed, or at a turning point in life and are looking for more clarity, direction, confidence, and alignment in how they live and move forward.
Depending on the programme, elements may include reflection, mentorship, embodiment practices, silence, honest conversation, nature, group work, and practical integration into daily life.
This is not a holiday and not traditional coaching. Participants arrive with a real question, challenge, transition, or inner tension — and actively work with it throughout the programme.
-
The programme is especially created for (young) professionals, freelancers, entrepreneurs, creatives, high potentials, high achievers. People navigating change or uncertainty.
Many participants feel:
disconnected from their current work or direction
mentally overloaded or emotionally exhausted
uncertain about their next step
successful on paper but unfulfilled inside
stuck between expectations and what they truly want
ready for change, but unclear how to move
You do not need to “have it all figured out” before arriving.
-
Most retreats focus on relaxation, healing, or escaping daily life for a few days.
Meraviglia is different. The programme is designed to help you reconnect with yourself in a practical and embodied way — so you can return home with more clarity, direction, self-trust, and grounded action.
You are not stepping out of life. You are stepping closer into it.
-
Yes, absolutely. You do not need to speak fluent English to participate. It is important that you understand English well enough to follow conversations and the programme itself.
The programme is open to both English-speaking and Dutch-speaking participants. In mixed groups, English will be the main language. One-to-one sessions can take place in either English or Dutch.
If at times it feels difficult to express yourself clearly in English during group conversations, we will support and assist you. The focus is not on perfect language, but on honest reflection, connection, and participation.
-
Group reflection and conversation are an essential part of the programme and take place daily. Active participation is expected — not only for your own process, but also because the group dynamic itself becomes part of the learning experience.
At the same time, this is not a space for performance, pressure, or forced vulnerability. Safety, trust, respect, and confidentiality are among our most important values.
You are invited to show up honestly, ask questions, reflect openly, and contribute to the space with presence and maturity. The more genuinely people participate, the deeper and more valuable the experience becomes for everyone involved.
-
The days combine:
silent mornings
meditation and embodiment practices
reflective exercises
mentorship sessions
small group work
time in nature
shared meals and connection
practical integration around work, relationships, purpose, and life direction
There is space to slow down, but also space for honest reflection and real movement.
-
No.
You do not need experience with meditation, coaching, retreats, spirituality, or embodiment work. The programme is grounded, accessible, and practical.
What matters most is openness, curiosity, and willingness to honestly look at your life and patterns.
-
Every participant leaves with different insights, but many experience:
more inner clarity
renewed energy and motivation
deeper self-awareness
confidence in their next step
practical tools for daily life
clearer boundaries and decision-making
reconnection with purpose and direction
a stronger sense of trust in themselves
The focus is not temporary inspiration, but grounded change that continues after the programme.
-
At times, yes — because honesty can be confronting.
But the intensity does not come from pressure or performance. It comes from slowing down enough to finally hear yourself clearly again.
The environment is calm, supportive, human, and intentionally small-scale.
-
The programme takes place at the home of founder Lucienne Koops. It is a (partially) restored home in the hills of Piemonte, Italy.
The surroundings are quiet, natural, and spacious — creating the conditions to step out of constant stimulation and reconnect with yourself. The experience includes shared meals, beautiful landscapes, outdoor spaces, and a slower rhythm of living.
-
The programme includes integration support after the retreat.
Many people return home feeling clear, but real transformation happens when clarity becomes action inside daily life. The post-programme support helps participants stay connected to what they discovered and continue moving forward with intention.
-
Both programmes are designed for people questioning their current life, direction, work, or way of living — but the life phase and challenges are different.
The Young Professionals programme is created for people roughly in their 20s and early 30s who are at the beginning of their career journey. This often includes young professionals, freelancers, creatives, entrepreneurs, start-up team members, and young managers stepping into responsibility for the first time.
Many are navigating:
first or second jobs
pressure to “figure life out”
burnout or overwhelm at a young age
uncertainty about career direction
questions around meaning, ambition, relationships, freedom, and identity
the feeling that the traditional path may not fully fit them
Most participants in this group are still building the foundations of adult life and usually do not yet have children or long-term family structures.
The Next Chapter programme is designed for people later in life who already built a career, relationship, family life, business, or external stability — yet quietly feel something no longer fits.
This group often arrives with questions around:
redefining purpose
changing direction after years of responsibility
burnout or emotional exhaustion
identity beyond work or roles
relationships and life transitions
creating a more meaningful and aligned second half of life
Both groups are questioning change. But one is standing at the beginning of life design, while the other is reevaluating a life already built.
-
Meraviglia is closer to mentorship and guided self-reflection than traditional coaching.
Traditional coaching often focuses on goals, performance, accountability, productivity, or helping someone achieve a specific outcome.
This programme works differently. The focus is not on fixing you, motivating you, or pushing you toward external success. The focus is helping you slow down enough to clearly see:
what no longer fits
what keeps repeating
where you are overriding yourself
what you already know, but are not acting on
what genuinely wants to emerge next in your life
The mentorship combines reflection, embodiment practices, honest conversation, practical insight, and real-life integration.
You are not being “coached into a better version of yourself.”
You are learning how to hear yourself more clearly again — and make decisions from that place.Additional mentorship or clarity sessions can always be booked after the programme whenever you feel the need for further reflection, support, or guidance in a new phase of your life.
-
Meraviglia is not a passive experience where transformation simply “happens” to you while you observe from the sidelines.
The programme is intentionally designed with spaciousness, silence, and time for yourself. That space is there for a reason. It allows you to slow down enough to notice what normally gets buried beneath distraction, pressure, routine, or constant stimulation.
The more honestly and actively you participate, the more the programme can support you. This means:
being willing to reflect honestly
asking questions, even when they feel uncomfortable
staying curious instead of defensive
allowing yourself to be seen beyond roles or performance
being open to learning from others in the group
contributing to the safety and openness of the space
You are not expected to arrive “fixed,” confident, or clear. But you are expected to take responsibility for your own process.
People who gain the most from the programme are usually not the ones trying to impress others or appear self-aware. They are the ones willing to genuinely look at themselves and engage with what surfaces during the experience.

Travel and transportation options can be discussed during the introductory call. Depending on where participants are coming from, there are different possibilities for arranging individual travel or coordinating shared transport with others from the group. We are happy to help think along with practical logistics and travel options.

This programme is not designed for people currently experiencing severe burnout, acute mental health crises, or those in need of intensive therapeutic or medical support. Meraviglia is a mentorship and self-reflection programme, not therapy or clinical treatment.
The programme also requires emotional maturity, personal responsibility, and active participation in both group and individual processes.
In addition, la Casa is an old house in the hills of Piemonte with stairs, uneven terrain, and natural outdoor spaces, which unfortunately makes it less suitable for people with significant physical mobility limitations.
If you are unsure whether the programme is the right fit for you, this can always be discussed during the introductory call.
