Good to Know

We believe in creating a space based on openness, respect, personal responsibility, and common sense, rather than long lists of rules and restrictions.

The programme takes place in a small and intimate group setting at Meraviglia, where everyone contributes to the atmosphere and experience of the week together.

A few practical things to know beforehand:

Silence

Parts of the mornings are held in silence to create more space, clarity, rest, and connection with yourself and others.

Language

The programme is open to both English-speaking and Dutch-speaking participants. In mixed groups, English will be the main language. One-to-one sessions can be held in English and Dutch.

Food & Alcohol

Shared meals are an important part of the experience. Food is fresh, nourishing, and enjoyed together.

We can support some preferences for food: like gluten free, dairy free or vegetarian. In case of strict diet or allergies, we ask you to connect with us before booking to see if this possible (that includes Celiac disease).

To support clarity, presence, and the overall atmosphere of the programme, alcohol is not part of the retreat during the first 3 days. On the final evening, we celebrate together with a special dinner and a glass of wine for those who wish.

Phones & Work

We encourage participants to step away from constant work, notifications, and digital distractions as much as possible during the programme. During the silent mornings all phones need to be off. This is your time to slow down, reflect, reconnect, and fully immerse yourself in the experience.

For the same reason, the bedrooms are wifi-free to reduce EMF radiation. Meraviglia only has a strong wifi on the groundfloor. For special programmes with start-up teams, rules may be customised to the needs to the team.

Emotional Safety

Honesty, openness, curiosity, and respect for each other’s experiences are central to the atmosphere we create together. Everyone is responsible for their own process, boundaries, participation, and communication during the programme.

We expect you to arrange your own travel- and health insurance for those who wish.

Booking & Cancellation

We have kept the price of this programme as low as possible. Even if we only have one booking, the programme is possible. Although it is up to you if you like to change to another date with more participants.

Your booking is confirmed after 50% deposit is paid and received. This is non-refundable. In case you have to cancel the booking, you can transfer the deposit to another date.

The remainder 50% needs to be paid one month prior to arrival. If this payment is not received in time, you will lose you spot for the week you booked and have to rebook.

For the special offer in July, the payment must be done in full to reserve your spot. In need of cancellation, you can transfer to another date, but that also means the regular price needs to be paid in full (one month prior to arrival of the new date.
