The Program

The Mirror Field is a small-group program designed to bring clarity where you still adjust, hold back, or override yourself. It is for moments when clarity can no longer stay internal—when, under pressure and rapid change, it needs to be lived.

The program is led by Lucienne Koops and takes place at her home, Casa di Luce, in the hills of Piemonte.

This is not a break from your life.
You come with a real question or situation that matters to you now—about work, relationships, direction, or how you’re navigating the world as it is.

There is no right topic and no right answer.
Anything can be brought, without having to defend your views or explain yourself.

We don’t try to solve or debate what’s happening.
We slow things down enough for clarity to emerge—by staying with what’s present and letting the pressure to “figure it out” fall away. From there, the next step tends to show itself, naturally and quietly.

The Mirror Field days in Casa di Luce

The days in the Mirror Field follow a simple, steady rhythm.

Each day moves from silence into connection, from inner listening into shared reflection.

Mornings are held in silence.
The day begins with a silent walk (optional), followed by light yoga and meditation. This settles the nervous system and creates space to listen more clearly.

After this, the morning is yours.
In complete silence, you work on your own question, project, or situation. You might write, reflect, walk, or simply sit. There is no task to complete. This time is about letting clarity emerge without interference. Breakfast is taken at your own time and liking.

Lunch is shared and prepared together.
The silence gently lifts, and the day turns outward. Cooking and eating together becomes a simple, grounding way to reconnect and transition into conversation.

In the afternoon, individual and shared reflection take place.
You might have your one-to-one session with Lucienne, alongside time to continue your own process or connect with others by the pool. Later, the group comes together for shared reflection and inquiry - bringing words to what has been sensed, and learning from each other’s perspectives without debate or fixing.

Evenings are slow and communal.
Dinner is prepared and shared together. The day closes gently, returning to silence at night so what has been seen and felt can settle and integrate.

On the final day, silence lifts fully.
We close with a final meditation and group wrap-up, making space to articulate what you’re taking with you and how you’ll move forward once you return home.

Pre-program at home

Two weeks before the Mirror Field Days, we begin preparing the ground.

During this time, we meet for two online group calls—one each week. These calls help you arrive already oriented, familiar with the field, and connected to the group.

You’ll also receive two simple preparation elements:

  • a guided meditation to support inner anchoring and help you settle into the slower rhythm of the work

  • a self-reflection questionnaire to bring awareness to habitual coping patterns and ways of responding under pressure

In addition, you’ll have one private clarity session with Lucienne—a space to share what’s alive for you, name your intention, and arrive with more ease and openness.

The pre-program is not about analysing yourself or preparing answers.
It’s about arriving less rushed, less defended, and more present—so the days in the Mirror Field can be used fully.

Back at home

Two weeks after the Mirror Field Days, we come together for a final online integration call.

This call is a space to share how it’s been to return home—what’s shifted, what’s been challenged, and where clarity is being tested in daily life. It’s also a place to bring questions that have surfaced during integration, and to listen to how others are navigating similar transitions.

There is no expectation to have “applied” everything or to report results.
The focus is on staying connected to what you’ve seen, and on learning how to move forward with steadiness once you’re back in your own environment.

This closing moment helps anchor the experience—not as something that happened in Piemonte, but as something that continues to unfold in how you live, decide, and relate.

On silence and shared responsibility

In a world full of noise, silence has become essential.
Not as withdrawal, but as a way to hear yourself again—to sense what’s true beneath opinion, urgency, and constant input.

Most people know this in theory. What’s less familiar is how deeply connected a group can feel when silence is shared. When no one performs, explains, or fills the space, something else becomes available—clarity, creativity, and a quieter form of connection.

Our mornings are held in complete silence.
No music. No conversation. No social media and preferably no internet (unless needed for your project). The intention is not restriction, but space—to let your inner process unfold without interruption.

The Mirror Field is designed with a light, spacious structure.
The program supports your process; it doesn’t dominate it or fill you with more information. Everyone is here for their own inquiry, and at the same time, each person contributes to the quality of the group field.

This means showing up—not as an obligation, but as responsibility.
To yourself, and to the group you’re part of.

For that reason, participation in the shared program elements is expected, including silent mornings, group sessions, and shared meals. The only optional element is the morning walk—you’re welcome to rest if your body asks for it.

When we move through the days together, even in silence, safety and openness have the time they need to develop. That shared commitment is what allows the work to go deeper.
