I write to expose the distortion at the core of our systems—hierarchies that disempower, structures that divide, and stories that keep us performing instead of living. My first book, The Ripple Effect: Know How Powerful You Are, showed how personal alignment reshapes the collective. My upcoming work, The 48 Laws of Empowerment, offers a new code for leadership, one rooted in clarity, responsibility, and freedom.
